GUARANTEE POLICY:
Aqua Culture wants you to be completely satisfied each and every visit.  If you are not satisfied, Aqua Culture will come back to your pool and fix said problem at no additional charge.  Client must call within 24 hours for guarantee to apply.  Please Note: As leaves continuously fall and the wind continues to blow, we cannot guarantee your pool will be completely free of debris for 24 hours.
SERVICE  DAYS:

Service is performed once per week throughout the year with the following exceptions:

1. We do not perform any pool maintenance on major holidays. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will service the day before or  the day after.

2. Inclement weather that poses a danger.


SERVICE RECORD:

A service record will be kept inside the timer box logging the time and date we serviced your pool.

This is your record to review and a guarantee that we were there on the scheduled day.

Please leave the service record in the timer box as they are a continuing record of our  service visits.

ACCESS:

Please provide easy access to the pool.


Gates and doors should be unlocked or a key provided and unfriendly dogs should be kept inside on scheduled service days.


If we cannot access your pool due to locked gates, loose unfriendly dogs, or any other reason at no fault of our own, we will leave a door tag letting you know we were there. 
BILLING:

Invoices are mailed on the 1st of each month for service that month and      payment is due on the 15th of each month.
After the 15th of each month, your payment is considered delinquent and a $3.00 late charge will be assessed to your next bill. If this payment method is not convenient for you, other payment options are available.
Discounts are available for 6 or 12 month advance payments.

FILTERING:

Filtration is very important for a sparkling clear pool.

Aqua Culture recommends that your filter run 10 to 12 hours per day during the warm weather months and 6 to 8 hours per day during the cooler months.

This will help prevent algae growth, organic staining, and cloudy water.

It is your responsibility to run the filter the proper amount of time.
